Thank you all for responding to the question about the shocks on the rear of
a 73 GMC. I know I would probably figured it out by trial and error but
with so much talent on the list or experience we went from grinding to a
couple of washers, the last seems easier.

Yes, I have the receipts for the shocks with the warranty but I am not the
original owner and would not try to get someone else to replace them. Jim
has his own business to deal with just like everyone else.

The dealings I have with him so for have been outstanding and I am sure I
will be dealing with him a lot more in the future.

Serg,
I have warranted more shocks that had no paperwork, just to help out.
After that, they think I'm Budda and we both have fun bowing at each
when we meet.
