Bob,

Great advice. Wildseed Farm between Fredericksburg & Johnson City gorgeous when in bloom, plus neat gift shop. Room for GMC & toad - easy access. Also, we're just 12 miles West of Marble Falls in Kingsland. Sorry, keep forgetting ... I'm just 12 miles from there. Door's always open to GMCers, & I'm still in the Black List. You'll enjoy Texas!

Bluebonnet Rally later in the season in early May at 2 different parks: one near Marble Falls & 2 days later one near Kerrville. Do tour the museum & the LBJ Ranch State Park.

Ditto to what Billie says, except we're about 200 miles further east from
Fredricksburg and JC. March through May is a beautiful time in Texas, but
especially the Hill Country where Billie lives.
