My PO made the valances out of 3/4 x 1'' frame and the curve was glued
on foam and everything was wraped in vinyl. The blinds were installed
in the valances then the whole unit was set up behind the cabinets and
screwed threw the cabinet to hold the top and with L brackets at the
bottem, when I bought new blinds it was only a matter of popping out
the screws and removing the valances detaching the old ones and
reversing for installation. Nice and easy. just what I have.
