May be of help to others...
when removing and installing the large toilet flange tee -- the one on my 73 screws into the top of the black tank. Some owners just use the handles on a pair of pliers or two screw drivers but I found this gave me more control.

A piece of scrap 1x2 and two lengths of 3/8 inch dowel rod.

Thanks for sharing Dennis, last year I had to remove this flange that had been sitting for 37 years. After I had the screws cut with a metalsawblade this flange was still pretty stuck, with this tool it would have been easier to remove, at that time I used a hammer, and my hands with gloves...
