Just in case anyone needs more incentive to attend our Pre-FMCA rally in
Schley County, GA about 9 March, today I made a great deal:
Stick Miller may need a rebuilt transmission for his GMC. Today, Bill
Bramlett agreed to attend our rally and tutor Stick (and others interested)
through the rebuilding of one of my spare transmissions! What a great
seminar for a quick 'n' dirty no-host rally! The date for the actual wrench
turning isn't set yet, but we're committed to making it happen.
If that's not enough, try this schedule: At the Schley County Farm about
9-13 March; caravan to FMCA Perry, GA on 13 Mar; caravan to GMCES Dillard,
GA on 17 March; caravan back to Schley County on 20 March for seminar
"Transmission Installation"; Tour SE USA until 27 April GMCDL Work Rally @
Bean Station, TN. What a great GMC life!
Y'all get out of that cold country ASAP!

Man now I hate working even more, this would be a great trip all wrapped up together! I will be at GMCES at the least but will see if any others can be fit in.

Yes. They're sending me the caravan credentials -- but you still have to
have parking credentials, which they'll send to us.

Darned if I know! No one's asked that before. I just got the caravan
package a few minutes ago. It neither states nor asks anything about club
name. And when I requested the package, I volunteered, while they were
trying to hang up, that we'd have members from several clubs -- they didn't
seem interested. BUT, there is a "Caravan Name" on this paperwork: "GMC".
I suggest using that.
I'll compose an announcement from this stuff in a few minutes.
