My ELII is a '75 with a production date of 100974. What diagrams should I
follow?
Thanks,
Les Burt

No one can guarantee no changes from '73 to '74, but if any they should be
minor. If anyone has '74 diagrams, please let us have a copy for the
library.

Hi, Les.
Did you download and print the 4-page .pdf document for these?
You will need to go by your TZE VIN number to determine which
diagrams you need.
My guess (without the TZE #) would be 080 and 090 at minimum
and possibly 030 or 070 depending upon your type of ignition.

Les,
The descriptions in the list offer the best information we have -- that's
how they're labelled in the manuals. You'll need to check your VIN and
possibly your model number, and select on that basis. Since yours is
apparently an early 75, it may have originally had ignition points; if it
now has HEI, you may want to select that diagram -- but you'll have no
trouble using either.
Fortunately, there are really very few differences among all of the chassis
diagrams except for the type of suspension control (PowerLevel,
ElectroLevel, ElectroLevel II); and, ignition points vs HEI. Even the MH vs
Transmode differences are, IMHO, trivial.
The living area diagrams may or may not have more differences -- having a
Coachmen-built Birchaven, I've never used the GM diagrams (nor the Coachmen
for that matter since I ripped out every wire and started from scratch).

Ken,
Thanks for the clarification. My coach still has the points ignition so that helps with choosing the correct diagram. Regarding the living area wiring. I'll eventually be ripping it all out as it is a mess that I don't trust. How it get rewired will be decided when I get there. For now I have enough to do getting the mechanical portion into reliable condition.

Gene,
That will be great. Alan prints the diagrams from an Oce'
scanner/copier/printer/plotter (He's the sales & service rep. for S. GA).
If you'll let him borrow the diagrams, he'll scan them and provide digital
copies for Billy, and send you your choice of large size when he returns the
original.
