Marge Sirum, wire of Henry Sirum and sister in law of Alex and Romona Sirum has passed away this morning.
Marge and Henry have attended many of the GMCMI Conventions over the years.
She will be missed by all of her many friends.

She fought valiantly and confidently against cancer for some time. Thanks
for the notice.
For the newer guys that haven't had an opportunity to meet Henry -- he was
quite capable, himself, in refurbishing TZE's. I met him at the Eastern
States rally in Nashville in October 2007. As it so happened, a Royale he
had rebuilt was driven to the KOA where the local owner put a sign in the
window saying it was for sale. Wow, it was a good looking unit. Henry and I
walked around and looked at it for some time. He told me nearly everything
he had done to it. I think he said he had rebuilt four GMC's himself. At any
rate, he won a great deal of respect from me at that event. Since then he's
been unable to get away because of Mrs. Sirum's health.
By the way, the owner of the GMC didn't come to any of the meeting. I did
hear later that his wife didn't like the idea of camping in anything so the
owner had to put it up for sale. Such a shame. It made a great remote
headquarters for critical thinking and psychological renewal. I suppose he
was too young to look at it that way.
