Very, very good article on fuel hose in the latest Hot Rod magazine. Talks about how rubber based braided SS hose may not be the trick setup. PTFE or teflon might be the best. Looks like rubber degrades sitting on the shelf!!! (tires do!!). Pg 86 of the january issue. Don't know if its online,,,,,PL

I think that most of us that have used the braided SS hose for our fuel connections have used the teflon lined.
