Gene,
You need two sets, four bushings total for the front, 8 total for the
rear. I'm not sure I'd go with the urethane though. From the shock stud
damage I've seen, I lean towards the rubber bushings to isolate the stud
from the tremendous jarring that occurs on a bumpy road.
Urethane would probably work OK on the rears.

We stock them here.
We can quote you on them.
People that have purchased their shocks from us are covered by our
warranty and we send them new shocks first then send a call tag to
pick up the defective ones.
This way you do not pay freight either way.
Try and do that at other places.
I might sound cocky, but it is the darn truth.
