I had that "tingle" problem on our '73 coach. Turned out the plug
was not attached to the ground. Look at where the plug wire runs into the fuse box.
It should have a ground wire running into the ground side, and the
neutral running to the neutral side. They should NOT be bonded together
in that box. It's considered a sub-panel by wiring code standards.
