The GMC Parts Manual shows one on page 4 - 4. I'm sorry I don't have a scanner, but if you don't have the manual and need a copy and have a FAX machine I could FAX it to you.

There is a link on the lower part that has cable routing pics and shows where the cables go. Al makes an E brake cable system that really works and goes in the original locations.
