These coaches used very high quality fabrics and carpet. My coach looked that good in the picture the owner posted. He was a vice pleasant and honest fellow and showed by the file of service receipts that went back to 78k before they became illegible. As it is a 23, there was no RTM on the APU but any short inspection showed it to be a very low hour unit. If someone only took the coach to campgrounds and hooked up, that could easily be true.
If the mileage is true, ever bearing seal, belt and hose still need replacing.
I don't believe the mileage either.
