Just saw this '77 Birchaven for sale in Moab.

The seller is asking $2,000. The interior looks mostly restored in the pictures, and it has a decent list of new items.
Also, if you enter GMC in the keyword search box on that page, you'll see a couple of other GMCs that have been for sale off and on for a while.

I have emailed the owner. They are moving and can not take the coach with them.
I am taking next week off to go get it. Exact details to be worked out on the phone in the morning. Hopefully I can get it home in time to take my current Birch to Fleet-week.
So.... the sale is pending... to me!

Congratulations! Hope the coach deal works out well for both parties..
If I were closer I would ask to go with you to recover the GMC -- looks like it will be a great base for the Project GMC you have been planning.
