I went to O'Reily auto to get pads for my 80mm front brakes.
The Performance Friction part number is supposed to be 0153.20
Well we went through 5 boxes and every box was wrong, they all had the pads for the smaller calipers.
The counter guy, and I take this with a grain of salt, said that he called the distribution center and they checked and everything they had was wrong too. So O'Reily is going to recall all those pads from their stores and send them back to PF.
the worst part is it took me about 5 trips to get to this point!

Keith,
It's no wonder none were correct: The part number you wanted is 052-20 --
and that's right from the OReilly web site for '76 Toronado -- or 'most any
GM product of the '70's before '79. I just put those (from AutoZone for
$21.99) on the 80 mm calipers of my X-Birch.

Not correct meaning they don't fit on the calipers like they are supposed to. They are pads for a different caliper.
So why would I want to use the toro pads and not the ones for the calipers??

The 052-20 pads fit the original GMC front calipers, the Toronado and
Eldorado front (and rear) calipers, the 80mm truck calipers, and most other
GM full size vehicle calipers before 1979.
