Folks, this is going to be the best convention ever! We have the normal
excellent venue of seminars, food, socials, etc., plus, thanks to Eastern
States, we have a carry in Friday night, a breakfast Saturday, and a full
morning of high quality seminars Saturday, and this is before the GMCMI
convention even starts!! Then Monday, we have the chili cookoff which is
shaping up to be a really fun event. Tuesday we have a dinner of chicken
pot pie, and some other Pennsylvania Dutch goodies (chow chow??) prepared by
members led by Ken Frey. Then Wednesday morning, we have a Ken Frey
breakfast of either SOS or custom made omelets like he did at Delaware. Oh,
and don't forget the Pinebox Races! This is all stuff that is happening
over and above the usual, so it is promising to be a great time. Don't
dilly dally sending in your reservations because Carol and I are leaving
Wednesday or Thursday of next week, so send them in if you haven't already
done so!!
