I purchase a 2 3/4 inch brakes kit and installed it. I have trouble with the brake bar rubbing the drum. On initial installation I put the brake bar in up side down. I purchase new brake bar and installed it and it still rubs the drum. Has anyone had this problem.

I had a problem installing the system. The hand brake outer cover broke on both when I pulled them to install the new system.

I checked the hand brake and it is fully released. The hand brake arm is up against the brake shoe. I have thought about having the drum turned or bending the brake bar.

Can you tell what part of the bar is rubbbing. We have few kits here so I
can try to figure what could be wrong.
