Always liked the idea of the recirculating toilet - always hated the smell two or three days into camping.
We recently completed 6 days of camping by the water without hook-up. Started with 40 gals of fresh water and ended with 32 gals of waste and a second recirculating toilet charge and use. ODOUR FREE!!!
The project is simple and the cost is about $75.00

Thats a cool mod, I like it!
I have an electromagic too, but to avoid smells I find that "Dry Docking" is an excellent way to not have to put up with poop in the tank and toilet. basically this is making use of T-shirt bags from the supermarket. line the bowl with them, drop your cargo, and dispose when possible. Though that method may not be practical if you have more then 2 passengers and no place to dispose of your "friends"...

"Dry docking" does work, but venting the lou is really high-tech in comparison! Almost "Bleeding edge" IMHO <g>
