Jim;
We are still running the Kobo motor not built by you only with your help and
information.
Very happy with the engine with over 15,000 miles and one total oil loss
when the oil sending unit broke off.
Only thing I would change is to a roller cam.
Why?
The new "Oil" we have to deal with.
Jim again thank you for your help at the time of our need when we broke down
in Bend OR.

P S Netters this was just befor Jim start sticking out his neck with our
engines.
We need to remember we are not building racing engines we are building
engines for motor homes!
I have built them all for the drags, jet boats and now motor home engines.

Actually the real question is "how does this compare to the first "Koba"
program
that kicked off building a spec motor for Arch's coach way back".
The overall concept was the same-- put together a rock solid, low
compression
(runs on regular gas) low RPM, high torque output motor that is not finicky
that
will stay in the hole under the hood for a good long time doing it's thing.
The
Koba motor was the first blush and this concept-- it worked great.
So-- these motors are designed from the same spec. list as the Koba and the
Jasper/Co-op designs.
