No... it is a thin stainless sleeve you press over the worn shaft to allow
the original seal to work again,

Try McMaster-Carr. They are various inside diameters, width, thickness of
sleeve, shoulder height available. Carefully mic the OD of the damaged shaft
and get one that is the right size. They are most successful when they
slightly expand when installed .0005 - .001". Helps to have the right sized
driver also.
