Hey Bob, Still affiliated with the orange truck folks? Rented a little box 20' the other day and it had fantastic Velvac mirrors on it. I looked in one of Velvacs catalogs but didn't see them. Is this something UH has spec'd for them? Thanks! Pete

Yup, still there! Yes, we do spec those mirrors ourselves and install them in our plants when we build and install the van bodies. That reminds me that my GMC should be in the parking lot the next time a rep comes around Smile

Dang, that figures. Especially the part about being the best at designing mirrors for idiots to look into. It figures UH would design a better product than the actual mfg. Velvac should market them. UH sells tons of other stuff. Is there anyone to possibly talk to about procuring a pair?

I'll check, but we generally only sell parts for vehicles that have been turned over for sale--which generally will be 10 or 15 year old trucks. Most of those don't have the Velvacs--but maybe there's someway we can Smile
