Spent night in Twin Falls Flying J parking lot. Night was cool and didn’t need A/C. Fired up generator in morning to heat shower water and run microwave oven. No dump station at Flying J.
Passing through Pocatello ID, saw a sign for a dump station and followed signs to dump station at sewage treatment plant. A local told me the city operates several dump stations.
Encountered a long traffic diversion down a gravel road between Idaho Falls and Swan Valley. Took the scenic route along the Snake river instead of the shorter route over Teton Pass.
Got into Jackson about 6 PM and got a site at the Virginian RV Park. Nice park but spendy. Got the last space.
The house battery was dead. Checked isolator and found it was bad. Connected alternator, house battery, and engine battery to isolator middle terminal until I have time to replace isolator.
Elevation in Jackson is 6237 ft.
