Here's the straight skinny. More to follow.

GMCWS and Applied GMC are sponsoring a raffle of two complete Brake
Reaction Arm units. These units will include everything necessary to
convert a coach with OEM drum brakes, from the Master Cylinder to the
disk brakes and part of the prize includes free installation. If the
winner wishes to perform the installation, a $600.00 Applied GMC gift
certificate will be substituted.
One unit will be dedicated to a lucky winner whose address is east
of the Mississippi, the other will be dedicated to a winner west of
the Mississippi.
.
Ticket prices are as follows:

$10.00 per ticket

6 tickets for $50.00
13 tickets for $100.00

Ticket stubs will be kept in two different drums. One for the Eastern
GMCers, one for the Western GMCers.

The two winning tickets will be drawn on the 21st of October, after
dinner on the last night of the rally. The drawing will be video
taped and put on UTube.

Tickets may be purchased by using PayPal, personal check or money
order. Please mail personal checks or money orders to:

Steve,

YOU ARE THE MAN. That is what I call--------"TAKING THE BALL AND
RUNNING WITH IT". Also, a big thanks to Jim K. for agreeing to
furnish the two units, along with the installations. It should not
be limited to only people with OEM drum brakes. There are a lot of
folks out there that have already converted to rear disc brakes on
either one or both rear axles that could also be interested in
installing one of the brake torque reaction systems. Also, I would
suggest having the raffle earlier in the rally and we could have a
"hands-on" seminar some afternoon or evening where we install the
system on the winners GMC, similar as was done for the Q-bag system a
few years ago. Maybe we could even get Frank C. to bring his 12 vdc
scissors jack. I will volunteer to help install the unit and I'm sure
I could get four more helpers: one for each of the four rear wheels
and one on the MC. This is a very easy system to install and could
be completed in less than one hour. If the RV park won't let us do
it in the park, we could do it out on the street or at Milt Wades
place{?}.

Charles,
The installation is part of the prize. Jim K is talking to a GMC
facility in the east to arrange installation for the winner in that
region. What I forgot to add was that the reason Jim is including the
disk brake setup is because some of the installations out there rare
not compatible with the Reaction Arm setup. Hence, the raffle prizes
include everything from the MC to the disks.
Hands on would be nice but I'd have to eliminate some tech sessions
in order to accomodate it. Also, the winner(s) might not be present.
( I guess we could just install it on my coach in that case:>)
The last thing that I didn't note is that Jim would like all of the
take off parts as part of the deal. Pretty fair request IMHO>
