Just blew an engine on I70. Does anyone know of a good mechanic in Columbia that would be able to replace it?

What year GMC do you have. Am in Warrenton Mo.,,,60 miles east with a good runnin 403 that ran very well when i pulled it. Squirted oil in all 8 cyl. and spun it over before pulled. Oh,,,120,000 miles on 403,,, don't have support to drop out bottom but I can fab one up in a couple hours, have all necessary tools, 2 engine stands, jack stands and garage. PL

It dont get any better than this. Bad on the engine, good on only 60 miles from such a friend. Get tow truck and head 60 miles to a trusted GMCer's home.
