in theory....

With the axles removed you would need to have something to hold the front hubs together.

Big A$$ tow bar. Big A$$ tow rig. A coach will push almost anything around.. they DO weigh 6 tons!

You would also need a way to remotely work the brakes... without vacuum boost or provide a pump.

Would I try it? nope. Cost to much to set up for a one time thing.

You can remove he axles and put in some stub ends to hold the bearings in place.
Call or email Bob Drewes. He had pulled a GMC with a large pickup truck this way.

this is either a viable suggestion or a dumb question,

what if you put a circulation pump on a transmission line?

Isn't that the problem with towing any automatic, the transmission heats up due to lack of moving fluid?

There are companies that sell circulation systems. This trans has no rear pump to lubricate it. You mention the transmission is already failed. Typically you can tow it 5o miles with no problem. Sounds like you don't have too much to lose at this point!
