I know they are good very pleasing to look at, but really what did it buy you?

The biggest single improvement I'v made in 12 years was the change to alcoa
rims and load range E tires. Dont hesitate.

I'm not Fred, but one very important benefit is the vast selection of 16" tires. When buying my tires I found a selection of 1. My Firestone Wagon Wheels are round and have lots of tread, but they are stiff and give a rougher ride than the 16" ragwall tires would.

If I have a blowout and need a new tire it's likely it will have to be ordered from elsewhere, delaying our repair.
