if the truith were known, nothing we build will build will be qualified for
dot brake.

which is why jimb does not install disk brakes or non-oem brake systems. -
liability

so make your own choices.

We pay big bucks for our liability insurance.
Were forced to carry them as we service at Lockheed,Intel, and San
Francisco Airport.

Gene, thats right.  We not only live in a litigus world and thats reason enough to not get involved in the modification of DOT approved safety devices (Hey, you guys laugh but you will not be the one sitting there wearing a barrol when though you did nothing wrong but just by selling the crap someone else makes you are in deep dudu for messing with the stuff) I also have to step back from engineered safety things and say "Do I really know enough to say my ideas are better than someone who they pay big buch who is trained to build up designs that other engineers investigate and say are safe?"  I have gained a great deal of knowledge specific to our coach but hey, there are things I do not fully understand and there is no way I am putting my customers in harms way on something I do not know for a fact has been properly engineered.  You guys take the risk if you like, I'm not your boy to hold the rope!

The teflon lined, braided stainless steel, sheethed custom brake hoses we have are produced by a company who uses a verified and numbered DOT approved cremping machine and they are designed to the exact specifications of the original hoses so I feel good about them.  We use only "new" brake components that are exact replacements to the original so they not only fit perfect but act as they are supposed to abd shold give the best performance.

I don;t talk much when you guys get up here and bat around brake ideas, no way man-- you guys can go for that one!
