Trying to remove the upper cabs to install the new drapes and some of the mounting bolts press nuts are spinning in the coach channel. Tryed to tighten more and reseat and tryed to unbolt with extra pry pressure to hold it. No luck yet. Next I'll try an air impact I guess. Any other suggetions other than griding the hex head off? Thanks.

If you do grind the bolt heads off, you should still have some material left to turn the bolt out once the cabinets are off. There is not a lot of material on the pressnut's surface to grab hold of, but I imagine you could drill them out completely and replace them with some new ones that are epoxied in place. I think once you have the cabinets out of the way, you may be able to work with the problem more efficiently.
Good Luck on your project, it's always these little annoyances that keep us honest!

I didn't have any problems removing the bolts for my cabinets, but think Emery's idea sounds the best thing to try to begin with.
The first few photos in this album will show you what you will find when you get the cabinet down, so may give you an idea of how close to drill a hole to keep the riv nut from spinning for removal. I would recommend steel riv nuts to replace the original AL ones and some anti seize on the bolts when you put them back in.

Oops, later edited: I find my memory failed and I did have to cut the head off some of the spun riv nut bolts. My photos in the album show that.
