I know Dan has mentioned this but, I thought while I was here, I'd make it official.
I sold my coach to a guy in England and Monday I arrived back home after taking it to Galveston, Tx for it's long boat ride. Everything went well on the 1,000 mile trip, except for the Galveston part Confused . Geezz it was hot and sticky!! I sat outside the coach Sunday night at a nice RV park, looking over the Gulf and having a last glass of wine with her. Damn mosquiotos ate me alive!!! Smile Anyway, it was another pain free trip. Turn the key and go. Averaged 8.8 mpg running 75 most of the way and used 1 quart of oil.
I hated to see her go but..... my bus awaits. I'm going to pick it up on Sunday outside of LA. I doubt the trip home will be as trouble free as the GMC had become but hey... I needed another project.
I'll check in here now and then and anyone can private message me whenever. Either that, or have Dan Gregg find me. Smile
