wow that looks even cleaner then the $9500 coach I bought a couple years ago. I think the economy has really hit resale values the RV market pretty hard...

I don't agree. I believe this is a classic case of a seller not doing the proper research on how to list an item for sale. I have about 3 saved searches for GMC motor homes and this one did not hit any of them. (As I have a GMC my searches are not exhaustive but provide a good scan.) If a seller does not do it right buyers doing searches will not find the listing and it gets low activity thus resulting in a lower sale price than if "properly" listed. What the seller thinks is a "proper" listing doesn't mean squat. Your listing heading has to be tailored to hit the maximum audience. In this case I would include the words "GMC motorhome rv" in the listing title. Note no backslash in "RV". I would also try to fit in "motor home" as two words and maybe "camper" as well as OLDS 455. I might also try to fit in "TZE".
The key to doing this is to study Ebay and find the key words that are used most often to describe similar items. If you don't think those words are proper, use them anyway and add in the ones you think should be there.
I have a co-worker who searches Ebay for odd phrasings and misspellings of the motorcycle parts he is interested in. He has scored some unbelievable deals on M/C parts. Some he has bought just to re-list with better descriptions if he believes he can double his money (and he usually does at least double it.)
