He says PO cut these holes, I know some models of 26 came with holes. Now
I am going to look at my 23.
mine looks to be the same model as John's, and my PO also had some tank work
done, but now the fuel gauges don't work.... so not going to drop the
tanks for this, going to cut 1 or 2 holes

thinking of using Emery's "step hole" or a port hole from West Marine ;>)
