I see a lot of scary bad reviews on the Ramsond generators. Cheap though. Maybe it'd be fine. Have you considered
Boliy, Kipor, Yamaha($$)? Costs more, but if the Yamaha 2400 will run a 13.5K a/c, I think it would be a win. Big IF though.
As you can tell, we're wrestling with the same question.
These guys make generator security boxes for running your generator without having it stolen:

They use fans in most of them to provide cooling. I think it is possible to do something
like this, only built in to the beast. We intend to try, since our old Onan power drawer is
sitting on blocks in need of a rebuild. I'd prefer the new light inverter gensets anyway, so
the onan will probably stay a yard ornament.
