Carbon Footprint (her name) is back on the road with a newly rebuilt engine thanks to Jim K, Nick and the staff at applied GMC. I would reccomend them for your eventual new engine and for all other Misc parts. They are VERY fair when it comes to cost and overly generous when it comes to support. They supplied the Engine and we did the labor. I really have to say that they walked us through the quirks of the process and got us back on the road within 2 weeks. I would have loved to drop off the coach and have Applied GMC do all the Labor but we want to use that saved cash for other upgrades in the future. For any on this board going to the Auburn Rally (fri-sun), please come say hello, this will be our first Rally.

Great. Get that rig out and enjoy that engine. I got one too. I have to say, even though Jim talks a whole lot, he is the best support we will ever see. Smile

@ Jim K- Yes, and we are grateful for all of your help. We will be there shopping regularly...i'm sure...

@ Howard- Thanks, I came up with "Carbon Footprint" to humerously spite a liberal car-less friend that commented that it was the 5th V-8 in the house. I commented, "At 7.5 Liters it's also the biggest V-8 in the family, and her name is Carbon Footprint". We all got a good laugh and the name stuck.

@ Dan- It will be on the way to the gold country soon. We WILL enjoy! I agree Jim is entertaining as he provides support, couldnt ask for anyone better.

I do not know how long that will last.

I know that wont last long, Jim. I have never met you when your mouth was not open, at least smiling.
Thanks for being so helpful.
