Spotted by our son 1050 AM in OK.
Red with silver stripes and with number "8".
Two males in front, MO plate # PG5P9U.
On the Cherokee Turnpike doing ~ 70 mph.

I am not the guy but heading that way in two weeks. I'll watch out for it and let you know if I see him too. Will be in my GMC doing 70 also. Cherokee, OK had the cheapest gas in the US the other day at the Love's station there. Got to make that fuel stop at least twice.

Well, I found out why the gas was so cheap there. The Love's gas station and the adjoining Subway were destroyed by the recent OK City tornados. A few of the houses there were destroyed too and others were untouched.
