1977 Royal My 12 volt house system quit.Lost both when plugged in (shore power) and when engine running. I did a quick fuse check and the fuses on the wall in the electric compartment are fine. There is no voltage showing at the fuse area. Any suggestions may save me from tearing too much apart.
Thanks

The house 12V gets it's power from the house battery. Start there and meter away from there till you find the open. Sorry I'm not an expert on the Coachman scheme as I have a GM EII interior.

1. I'd check the power right at the battery first, bad or corroded connection? Follow the battery leads and check them at every connection point to the fuse block.
2. Check the input and output of the power converter.
Sounds like you lost a connection or have a bad wire someplace. Shouldn't be that hard to trace.
Have a great day !!!
