I was made aware of a coach posted on Craig's List.
Anybody know who's coach this used to be when it lived in Texas?
It was sold to someone that lived in Illinois (I believe) and not used much then came to Brighton Mi as part of a trade for a monster SOB.
A fellow at the frame shop (I don't expect to see again), said that his neighbor was trying to sell a GMC.
I was going to get a look at it, but the people at the frame shop (Harold's in Novi, Mi) tried to convince me that the coach needed a lot of work, so I headed straight home to evaluate the cost. (That is a story for another day. Many thanks to Dave Lenzi.)
If you want to look at the CL posting it is at:
<http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/rvs/1682304509.html>
I still want to get there to have a look (just for reference - I love the 23), but we are in preparation for the first excursion of the year.
I have asked the current owner to get the TZE number so Dave can tell us some history.

If that was George's coach, I have one of the couch backs in the event the
new owner wants one. George had the other.

Matt, Byron, et al,
This is the coach my friend from Americus is seriously considering buying --
has an offer in and apparently accepted "subject to undisclosed details".
Apparently it was stored for many years before George Hagans bought it 6-7
years ago. He's gotten it into good currently condition and traded it on an
SOB just a week or two ago.
My friend is now asking again for someone to actually examine the coach
before he closes the deal; he's awaiting an email from me while I've been
out of hand here at GMCES.
Byron, he will most likely want anything you have for the replaced seat; he
really dislikes what he sees of the box built over the propane tank. I'll
talk to you tomorrow.
Matt, I know you volunteered to look at the coach but don't recall the
details; is the offer still open?

If the scheduling is good I could join you Matt. I am on your way to
Brighton. What day and times are you thinking of going?

Gary,
It would be early afternoon, I will call you. I do not have things set with the current owner at this time.
