Over 100 people registered, pancake breakfast, catered dinners plus
Technical Presentations from outstand people-
- Joe Mondello 2 hours on rebuilding the 403-455 for Max Power and
Torque- He is bringing along a head in three stages of rebuild plus a
new set of headers designed explicitly for the GMC 455.
- Mac McNeal is presenting all of his dash and instrument upgrades and
is bringing some samples.
- Jeb & Matt Frady are unvailing a new replacement air bag that appears
to be inexpensive and outstanding.
- Dan Prigmore is driving up in his 23' "Land Yacht" which contains
every product made by Leigh Harrison plus an interior that tops most
luxury yachts. He has a presentation on Friday night with pictures
during renovation and coach is open on Saturday.
- Alex Sirum will be weighing coaches and reporting on the results. I'm
taking bets that I have the heaviest coach.
Plenty of activities for non-technical folks as well.
The weather looks to be very good-
Safe travels everybody.

Glad you're coming. Looking forward to having first-timers.

We'll get your coach weighed. Guaranteed to be done if the traveling scales
make it. You'll find the results interesting.

As to weather, Saturday is looking interesting for ducks and kids under 12.
But, that won't hurt. There's a new building for rally meetings at the KOA.
Think of it as an opportunity to have other experts look at your leaks. I
know I'll be prepared.

Well Gene-
Our Technical Committee provided the original outline, helped with the
content, developed the PowerPoint slides, did a peer review of the
content, helped improve the content and Byron produced the final version
in very professional manner, so we really don't have an issue with
capturing the presentation. I really would like to film these
presentations but that is very difficult without controlling the
lighting and interfering with the presentation.
Our present policy is that we post the presentations in the members only
area of the web site until the next rally and then paste the links in
the public area. We may review that soon.

My wife and I can't wait to get there. Hopefully we're arriving Thursday evening/night. It will be my infant (6months) daughter's first camping trip so we are a bit interested in how it works out. It will be great to see some of the folks we met at Dothan and make some new friends. Plus, unlike at Dothan, I actually get to stay to see the presentations this time!

Thanks,

Don't bring any rain with you, Jeremy. See you Friday morning. We are doing the geocache thing across Tn. on 2 lane roads. Leaving in the morning. Got the tracker running and have an album already to go on the photo site.
