That's Slab City. It was once an Army training area where Patton trained his tank crews. It's primative, but free last I heard. Shooter Jennings, son of Waylon Jennings, did a music video there in his father's GMC.

Not a bad looking old coach. I read that his father bought it new & spent a lot of time in it when he wasn't touring.
