NEED ALUMINUM INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKETS - NOW
Caught wires under mine during install-causing water leak at that point.
In trying to remove wires-caused larger leak so need to replace gaskets or no Montgomery.
These are not valley pan or "turkey tray" type but special, individual gaskets for each side.

I believe what you want is: Mr Gasket 404.
There ought to me a speed shop near you that has them. The last time we went looking for them my friend's Speed Shop Warehouse had them in stock. Unfortunately they are wholesale only and located in Indiana. You would get them just as quickly ordering them form Summit or Jeg's. Since Jim K. sells the manifolds I'll bet he could overnight you a set if you call Nick at Applied GMC today.

Properly sealing an engine is paramount to making maximum horsepower.
Edelbrock intake manifold gaskets are designed to give your manifold and
cylinder heads an exact seal with their composite and steel core
construction.
Note the Nitrile bead, steel core, AND the price! The Nitrile bead will help
seal, the steel core will provide some protection for the aluminum where the
exhaust crossover comes in contact with the manifold and you can save a few
bucks too boot!

Robert,
The Fel Pro gaskets do have nitrile beads around the ports. (they are blue)
I havent used them on an Olds (yet) but they work great on the SB/BB Chevs, 455 Pontiac HO's and Stage 1 Buick 455 (all with aluminium intake manifolds.

Wayne,
Agreed!
Fel Pro = $33.99
Edelbrock = $13.95
Being a penurious bugger I'd use Edelbrock. The other advantage of the
Edelbrock gaskets is that they are sandwich construction with a metal center
which will protect the aluminum manifold where the exhaust crossovers in the
heads contacts the manifold.

You cant beat that!
How can Edelbrock make any money blowing them out for that price?
Summit must be getting them for peanuts!

One other thing.
I noticed the gasket had an almost burned spot where the block crossover port is. I am hoping the Edelbrocks will be better. May be something to look at long term for the gasket maker.
JimK-don't be too hard on MJ. She gave me your cell number and I left a message for you, which, it appears you did not get as I did not hear from you, hence, I had to order the Edelbrock gaskets......Michael
