Has any one got any tips on removing the fibreglass panels from the frame work of the coach without damage. Is there any tricks to breaking the adhesion of the glue like in some cases glues when frozen become easier to remove.

I would use heat if you can get to the inside to heat the aluminum
extrusion, Scotchweld is the adhesive.

Peter,
I removed a strut inside The Blue Streak by heating the alloy and it allowed
me to peal it away from the alloy sheet. The instant I hit it with a heat
gun the smell took me back forty years! It smelled exactly the same as the
epoxy we used during Project Apollo. I can't remember how I found out but it
is 3M Scotch Weld EC-2216. Here's the spec for it:

It is a high strength two part epoxy.
It is available in Australia BUT its $134.95 for TWO ounces!
Here's a supplier in the USA:

As you can see it is a LOT cheaper. It appears they will ship overseas. If
EC 2216 is NOT a hazardous chemical (I don't think it is) it may not cost
too much to get it shipped here. They have "Contact Us" form to ask them
