Saw a 26' sitting in a Chiropractors lot on University near Longmore. White with blue stripes. No sign of life. Business was closed (Sunday)

LOL.There was also a boat, no for sale signs or anything, and I have been by there before (used to be a good fish and chips place) and didn't see them before.
