I know the feeling. I live near a busy road that leads to the Illionis Beach State Park and they have a campground. Nothing spectacular but nice and has power.

In the Summer months, there are incredible RV's coming here and thankfully it slows down around this time of year.

When Gatsbys' CRUISER Very Happy was down for the power loss problem, I'd see them tooling down the road, all sizes from smaller then a GMC 23 to bus conversions.

Once in a while we do see a GMC parked in there.

Don't know if we will be doing much more than trying to build up confidence in the repairs now that the engine seems to be running again.

Before the problem came back, did a 6 hour drive up North, very nice ride and nice visit. Gas to and fro was about $800 but spent a very nice week or so with some friends and was able to bring the dogs.

Love that GMC

LarC ( Looking forward to some long rides and maybe even a trip somewhere - last year was a long Summer )
