I wonder what the difference is between the 91490 and 81490?
81490 specifies for R134 and has two "nozzle" attachment fittings
and 941190 has just one. Not much difference in price.

The New fittings are designed to work with All the new fittings for 134.
It just screws on to the old valve so the new fitting will work and also
indicates that the unit has the 134 coolant in the system.

As long as they are recognized by the HVAC refrigeration groupes.
In other words , I do not know for sure.
We do not want to mix different refrigerants as they are reused.

It looks like the 81490 has fittings for high & low 134a, but not R12.
