My Avion has two house batteries, or three, if you put it back OEM with two 6 volts in the rear. BUT, if you want the rear batteries to charge off the vehicle alternator, you have to connect the two house systems together at the 12 volt fuse box. There is a provision for that as normal is keeping them separate.
