Interesting that GMC Royale Center Kitchen doesn't have a window just aft of the entrance door like most Royale CK's have. Wonder why.

Hi Deb: Something which may be of interest to you as a new owner. It's sometimes difficult to find someone to work on the GMC north of the border, but there is a gentleman by the name of Carl Harr who lives in St. Albert, just outside Edmonton; he runs a couple of NASCAR teams, but in his spare time works on GMCs, doing most mechanical work including swapping out engines and transmissions in his immaculate shop. He does first class work at a very reasonable price. I had a bunch of work done last year and was very happy with the outcome.
Regards, Norm.

Thank you Norm! Nice to have a good source of reasonably local mechanical help. I have a couple of "young" fellas around here that are happy to give me a hand once in a while, and a local AAMCO shop that has done some work on a couple, but I will tuck this nugget of information in my folder for future reference. Maybe even drop him a line and stop by on my way east this summer on my first long run.
