I really like it, the twin beds and dry bath really pleases the wife.
The Coach does not look at all like the pictures now. I have rebuilt the Cabinets in the Rear and refinished the walls. The Panels surrounding the Bath, Closet and Refrig have been refinished with Vinyl. The Cockpit has been refinished and I am now working on the main living area and Kitchen. I still have to install the laminate flooring but will wait until I finish the other projects first.
Very anxious for spring to arrive <bg>

Could someone with twin beds in the rear and a side, wet bath explain where the extra space/depth in the rear comes from on each side. No closet, no drawers, shorter couch?
Thanks

Thanks Dennis. That is a different floor plan site than I had found.
I was thinking more of 26' Edgemonts or ? That one Royal finds the room by no couch.

An off net friend of mine has a 77 Royale rear twin, dry bath for sale. Coach is located in Lancaster PA. He can be contacted at Bobanneg1@aol.com or contact me off net for a cell #. If your interested, don't delay as he heads to his FL home in a week or so and the coach remains in PA.

Due to a number of personal reasons we have narrowed our MH search to a model with twin rear beds. Looking at the floorplans, is it possible to reconfigure a rear queen to two twins? It appears that the size of the area is the same and it would be a matter of rebuilding the floor layout. Am I wrong? Are there other hidden things under the floor that might interfere?
We have been looking for a couple of years and gathering info and with retirement a couple of years away it is now time to buy and adapt it to our needs. There are some nice units out there but they are rear queen setups and that will not work for us. I really like the Royales but most seem to be a rear bath. There is a 77 Palm Beach in my price range that has possibilities but the rear bed configuration is the only issue.
Has anyone done such a change that can elaborate on the pitfalls?
Thanks

Don, my Edgemonte has a dry bath located on the left side, along with the kitchen and a side seat. On the right I have a large floor to ceiling locker and the refrig, then the door and dinette.
Do you want dimensions?
The twin beds are fine for us as we are both 5'9 or less.

Thanks Rob exactly what I was looking for.
That is a tight little "love seat".
And nice woodwork, no wonder you like you two Avions.

Our conclusion was that the "love seat" wasn't much good for sitting, and
way too small for loving, so we just extended the galley. I do the dishes,
and appreciate the extra counter space, and Mary and I both enjoy cooking,
so this just made sense for us.

Fin,
Me too! The Avion has the same silly seat and I do the dishes too!
I'm going to extend the counter top but I'm looking for a small dishwasher
to put in there! ;-)
Brilliant idea on the trap!
By the way what brand is the four burner cook top? Where did you get it.
Thanks,

Rob ... the stove is made by Miele.
It was the smallest I could find with at more than two burners.
And looks pretty good, too.
Fin.

The side seat overall is 33 inches but that includes the part that extends over the Step, without the step it is 26 inches.
BTW, I no longer have a side seat, I have removed the entire Galley and am rebuilding the cabinet to provide room for a leather recliner in place of the side chair.
