To my knowledge there is only one person who handles the registry, although another member may help him with website layout and maintenance.
He pays all the expense of keeping/hosting the web pages, whatever those expenses may be. Some of us have made donations to help with his costs.
If you find a coach you're interested in, he can provide what owner history may be on file.

I do not make it a point to read this page all the time and after having been power down for a day, I had real issues to deal with yesterday.
The response "we keep it" because I was referring to the community. We all do our best to provide the actual keeper of the registry with owners and VINS such as we can discover in our travels. This has been a benefit to the current owners on occasion.Matt
