Foxit reader is a free (small) program to read PDF files.
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader/reader4.php

You MAY be able to keep the complete 6.xx program. Delete the 9.xx reader and use foxit as a reader.

If you don’t need the rest of the complete program you could delete it and use foxit it only.
