Thanks to everyone for all the input.
Took the remaining bolt out and found it to be a 1/2 by 20, grade 8. Picked up a couple at Tractor Supply (about $3) and ground the ends down to match the original one. The threads were a little short so I threaded them down farther as well. I doubt I will need that much travel though as the ride height seems to be OK even on the lowest range of the adjustment.
