Richard,

Following Ken Burton's suggestion I got Kumho Road Venture (Korea) AT KL78
LT225/75R 16/E1 115Q.

They have been on the coach since February of 2008 and have done about 8000
miles.

Here's some other tires that I found "back then."

1) Goodyear Wrangler (USA) AT/D2 LT225/75R 16E
2) Uniroyal Liberator (USA) A/T LT225/75R 16E
3) Cooper Discoverer AST 225/75 ZR16 115Q
4) Runway Enduro (China) H/T 225/75 R16 115/112R 10PR SBL
5) B.F. Goodrich Commercial T/ A All Season LT225/75R16 Load Range E
6) Cooper SMR II LT225/75R16 Load Range E
7) Michelin LTX M&S LT225/75/16 LRE
8) Dunlop Radial Rover A/T
9) B.F. Goodrich Commercial T/A

I know that there are many different views about which tires are best for
our GMC's and I do not want to create a contest.

I need new tires, existing are like brand new, less than 2000 miles, no
cracks or evident damage and the coach was kept inside except for the last
year, however the date on the tires is April 2001.

I would like to get the quietest tire possible and have looked at the
Goodyear Assurance but it is not avail in the 225 R75 size but it is avail
in 225 R70. Would the wider tire have a negative impact on our Coach?

I do want a Rag Walled tire.

What other brand of tires would you folks promote?
