When filling my tank, ... Underneath the coach just about a foot or two in front of the rear wheel opening there is a small amount of gas on the ground. It does not leak until the last minute as I hear the gas gurgling in the line. ...

While the vent lines are a good candidate for this issue, it also can be caused by a leak at the sender. The leaked fuel runs along the "channel" for the fuel and vent lines to the left front corner of the rear tank. (This would be a little forward from the wheel opening.) As you have to drop the tanks to replace the vent lines, be sure to check everything else out while you are there.
